★Are your items 100% authentic?
Our items are taking directly from OEM factories, OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacture .But the factories can not provide us the paperwork even we purchase a large quantity from them,but we can assure they are in high quality .Since no parperwork to provide,so it is hard for us to say how authentic they are.
★Does your price is including shipping fee?
Sorry,all price in our website is for wholesale price for goods only,excluding shipping fee.
★How do i know the shipping fee for my order?

We accept three easy ways of payment at the moment,bank wire transfer ,money gram and western union ,please contact us: ejuicyking@yahoo.com for payment information for your reference.Paying via bank,please pay both side of bank fee while you arrange the payment,otherwise,the bank of China will charge the fee from the amount which you paid for goods and shipping only;there is no other fee charge for paying western union and money gram.

★What is your return policy if the items are too poor to sell?
We will list all the details of each items in our website ,it is hard to say whether the quality is too poor to sell or not, it depends on customer’s side. Since it is oversea business, we can only show it by the photos or sample if possible, we supply what we show to our customers and we can assure high quality of it. We will check the items carefully before we shipped them out, which are in good condition, if there is still defected items, would you pls take photos to send to us once you have received the items and we will discuss which ways are better to both of our sides? |
